Operating System Reload:

An operating system re-load restores your computer back to the speedy system you remember when you first brought it home from the shop! included in the operating system re-load is a backup of upto 2 user profiles, TechForce will back up all your documents and re-store them onto the machine for you, or alternatively we can transfer the backed up data to a dvd, ensuring you'll never lose it in the event of a system failure in the future, So what happens if you have more than two user profiles you want to back up? No problem, let us know and we can back up the additional profiles for as little as £10 each!

During an operating system re-load you will lose all you installed software, such as anti-virus', Microsoft Office, and any games or programs you've installed, don't worry! if you supply us with your installation media (cd/dvd) for the software, along with a valid and legitimate license, we can re-install the software for you before returning your computer.

Virus Removal:

Virus removal is  one of TechForce's most popular services, virus' are forever evolving today, a virus can damage your data, and could also leave all your personal information to be exploited.
we can remove all traces of the infection and return your machine back to you in the exact state, minus the annoying virus that slows your computer to a grinding halt.
some virus' will require an operating system reload to ensure the chances of re-infection are kept to a minimum. our engineers will keep you informed every step of the way and we'll also have you authorize any work before we carry it out.
